Hello,

My name is Mr. McFarland and I am very excited to be teaching you this year at Manville High School. I completed my B.A. in Health and Physical Education at Monmouth University. I then obtained my M.A. in Special Education at Grand Canyon University this past winter. I have been working as a special education teacher for the past half a year and am extatic to continue my teaching journey with you.

I will be teaching 11th grade Health and Physical Education and co-teaching Algebra I, Geometry, and English 11. My job will be to provide my students with an individualized educational plan that will aid them in further understanding and accessing information to help aid them in their educational journey. Most importantly we are here to create a learning environment where students feel safe and free to be themselves while taking ownership and responsiblity for their learning as well. I'm so excited to have you all back in the building for a very exciting and informative school year.
