Dear Parents,

Congratulations! You are the parent of a fantastic first grader at Weston Elementary School! You will be amazed at just how much your child will grow this year. I am so excited to welcome your children into my class. Throughout the year we will learn so many wonderful things and we will have a lot of fun. 

We are sure you have been working on your summer reading activities and math fact fluency. Please remember to bring your summer reading assignment with you on the first day of school. Be sure to do your best work!

School starts with a half-day on Tuesday, September 6th. We will have snack and lunch on the first day of school.  I hope you enjoy your last few days of summer. We will have a great year together and I can't wait to meet you all!
