I have worked in the Manville School District for 15+ years. I love working with children in any subject area. Our focus is primarily on new skills in all academic areas; communication, socialization, behavior, and self-help skills. We will be helping the students acquire and retain knowledge while fostering independence. I believe every student can learn successfully and that, as educators, it is important to discover and deliver effective instruction equitably to all students. It is my duty to determine each student's style of learning and design instruction that addresses each student's individual needs. By building on each student's strength and addressing their areas of weakness, I can facilitate student success while fostering a high level of self-esteem through achievement.
