Miss Lianne Vivian
My name is Miss Lianne Vivian and I will be starting the 2017-2018 school year as the 4th and 5th grade Reading Intervention teacher at Roosevelt School! I am very excited to begin this new journey in the Manville School District. I will make it my priority to work with your child and make it known that I am fully invested in them, the district, and the community!
I was born in England and moved to the United States when I was three years old. As a result, I am a proud dual citizen and enjoy traveling Europe/visiting with my family. I spent the majority of my childhood growing up in Mount Olive, NJ and graduated from MOHS in 2007. I attended Monmouth University for my undergraduate degree and graduated in 2012 with degrees in English and Elementary Education/Special Education. I am currently attending Centenary University for my Masters in Special Education. I began my teaching career in the Mount Olive School District where I taught in various positions, both general and special education, over the past four years. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work with students in all grades K-5. I was also able to teach in both elementary schools I attended in the district, which was very special to me! However, I am very excited to make new memories here in the Manville School District! I am a lifelong learner and I believe that it is of the utmost importance to continually learn about best practices in the field of education so that I am always providing my students with high quality instruction! Outside of school, I enjoy reading, listening to music, running, and spending time with my loved ones and my two furbabies - Boo and Smalls!
