Mrs. Catelli

I am excited to be part of the Roosevelt School community. I am here to help our multi-lingual students succeed. We are growing English skills to listen, speak, read and write in English. We focus on the English language of our 3rd and 4th grade curriculum. We are also here to support our multilingual families so that students can arrive ready to learn and grow every day. 

I began teaching as an interventionist before becoming an ESL teacher.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling and hanging out with my family. 

 

  • The Mission of the ELL program in Manville School District is to provide English instruction and support for supportive school environment that reinforces and encourages students' pride in culture, home, and community, in order to encourage student success. The curriculum is aligned with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Standards for Language Arts Literacy, the WIDA English Language Proficiency Standards, and the Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Goals.
