Greetings everyone!

My name is Ms. Arrieta and I will be your child’s Spanish teacher for this school year.  I have been teaching Spanish for a number of years now and I am looking forward to working with all of you. 

I will be sharing communication with you often and keeping you updated on the progress we are experiencing in the classroom. During our school year, we will be learning about the cultures, peoples, and places of the Spanish-speaking world as well as the fundamentals of the Spanish language.  In the meantime, I am opening my doors and inviting you to become an active participant in your child’s Spanish progress.  Feel free to communicate with me.  Email is the easiest way and I will acknowledge it faster than voicemail, so please, feel free to reach out carrieta@manvillesd.org, and include your phone number if you so prefer. I will be certain to answer all your communication in a timely manner or call you at the end of the school day.

Yo soy la Señora Arrieta y seré la maestra de español de su hijo/hija este año escolar.  He estado enseñando por varios años y estoy contenta de estar trabajando con todos ustedes.

Con frecuencia van a recibir correspondencia mía que los mantendrá informados del progreso que estamos haciendo en clase. Aprenderemos acerca de las gentes y lugares del mundo de habla hispana como también de los componentes y estructuras del español.Estoy abriendo mis puertas e invitándolos a que sean parte del progreso de su hijo/hija en la clase.  Siéntanse libres de comunicarse conmigo.  La mejor manera de hacerlo es por medio del correo electrónico carrieta@manvillesd.org.  Me encargaré de responder lo antes posible.  Si desean comunicarse por teléfono, asegúrense de incluir el número de teléfono y les llamaré al final del día escolar.
