Daily COVID-19 Health Questionnaire

Click here to login as a STUDENT or as a PARENT in order to complete the “COVID-19 Health Questionnaire” under the “Forms” tab in Genesis.

For quicker entry to the building, students can display the timestamped, green “Entrance Pass” which is located under the student’s profile picture in the “Summary” tab.  This is only available when a student logs into the Portal, not a parent.
